Sharing one of my favorite go-to’s, the best grab-on-the-go, and seriously one of the most filling things ever! I love to make this when I know I have a busy day up ahead, because it leaves me full for hours!
I experimented this recipe a few different ways.. so both options will be listed below. I tried out peanut butter powder, and it was good, but nothing beats the real stuff in my opinion! If you are wanting more protein go with the powder if you want more flavor go with the peanut butter!
Packed with peanut butter, almond milk, and cacoa powder, this pudding is filled with protein and healthy fats. I love it when a recipe is healthy and EASY. Seriously throw all the ingredients (except chia seeds) in the blender, and then hand mixes the chia in… and you’re done. Yep, that’s it. So easy, so quick, and so GOOD.
This chia pudding is quite the crowd pleaser. I’ve made it for brunches, parties, and for family gatherings… every time it’s a complete success. You can serve it with berries on top, granola, or serve it with yogurt for extra protein.
I hope you love this versatile pudding! It is honestly a favorite of mine and I’m so excited to share it with you!
xoxo
